All u need to do is to visit the city Ecruteak
ReplyDeleteThen you need or get the HM Rock Smash
Then simply use the rocks
Book Ecruteak City. Enter the tower. Breaking the rock, I suppose, Rock Smash (this is a HM). The rest is up to you.
