  1. PCOS sucks! I hate it!

Yet many people to develop PCOS. Some were able to control their disease adequately, without doing the fertility drugs, and others are the crack of the ovary (that's me), but many of us have been designing and making the vast majority of genuine baybee. I have not learned to baybee-earth, yet, but they have more problems than just PCOS.

Here's a crash course in PCOS. I hope this is helpful, and hope ... All these things come with the "if not" / "if he does not know" Responsibility:

    1) Figure. You need to know if she is ovulating. Women with PCOS can get the LH peak (test positive to say about a band of the prediction of ovulation), but not ovulating. The best way to determine whether ovulation is your basal body temperature. If it goes up and stays until O'D (not the kind of fun, but) the big man.

    2) insulin is the devil. Especially for you, because PCOS and insulin resistance are twin sisters, and they hate you. If your insulin resistance is faira is normal, can be controlled with diet. Low-carb, sugar and flour, many fruits and vegetables. Very good book review, the fertility of Jeremy Groll food. Designed for PCOS.

    3) If your insulin resistance is very poor, and food does not do something, you may need help with medication metformin / Glucophage is a great help. If this can not be placed on the party stunt acts.

    4) Did I mention the assignment? You really need to know if she is ovulating or not. Otherwise it could be a wing Clomid stimulates the ovaries. It is very cheap, how are you and is very effective, with all things SOP. Personally, I was pregnant with Clomid.

    5) Take your vitamins. Now start prenatal. This helps. And she wonders for hair and nails.

    6) Exercise. I know it is annoying, but what really helps with insulin resistance. You need 150 minutes exercise per week, preferably 100 minutes cardio and strength training 50th Muscles are good for combating insulin resistance. This is the area where you really suckto fulfill my goals.

    7) If you are overweight, lose weight. A loss of only 5% can have a big influence on your resistance to insulin.

In fact, can and must and will come. You may not need all this, it is possible that all or any part thereof. But there is hope for you. Get the book that will help you better understand and combat the disease.

  2. What Aunt Minta is very useful, and I would add a few things from my experience of PCOS and drugs, etc. ..

Provera is very difficult and I had the same problems. I found that after a few cycles in a good anti-androgen pill like Yasmin or Marvelon (both helped me), my period came, of course. It became more regular basis and I think I was ovulating. I know that some women with PCOS developed this way have success WHI.

Reflexology is very useful for me to solve some problems of PCOS. But perhaps more important was the diet and exercise. In any case, when you try to get a few cycles of the pill to a kind of menstrual rhythm again.

    GOOD LUCK!
